EAERE 2013 - Call for Thematic Sessions

Deadline: 1st December 2012 for EAERE 2013 - Call for Thematic Sessions. Proposals for the organisation of “Thematic Sessions” at EAERE 2013 in Toulouse are encouraged.

The Organiser(s) of a proposed Thematic Session should send an email entitled “Thematic Session” to scientific@eaere2013.org with the following information: •    Name(s) of the proposed Thematic Session's Organiser(s) •    Thematic Session’s title•    Description of the issue the papers to be grouped in the Thematic Session might focus on (5 lines max, and please add names of possible papers’ presenters) •    Description of why this theme is important according to Organiser(s)’ opinion (5 lines max)Rules •    Conference Organisers will select Thematic Sessions based on scientific quality and originality (notification of acceptance is 30 December 2012).•    Thematic Sessions are fully delegated to Thematic Sessions Organiser(s). Thematic Sessions’ Organiser(s) invite papers included for a specific Thematic Session. •    The papers are expected to be of very high quality, both with respect to scientific content and presentation, and they are expected to be of interest to a relatively broad audience. They should be available for download on the conference website.•    Thematic Sessions should include 3 papers for presentation.•    Thematic Sessions’ Organiser(s) must commit to attend the EAERE conference, and to chair the specific Thematic Session.•    The Conference Organisers cannot provide financial resources to support Thematic Sessions. Participants in Thematic Sessions (Organiser(s), presenters and possible additional chairperson or discussant) have to pay the EAERE conference registration fees.
