This position is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of a research program for the highly strategic and newly established School for Climate Studies at Stellenbosch University, located in the vicinity of Cape Town, South Africa. The division of Research for Inclusive Green Development at CATIE (Tropical Agricultural Research and Higher Education Center) in Costa Rica has opened a position a coordinator of the Gender and Equity Unit. The main objective of this position is to "lead research and the mainstreaming of the gender approach in research, education and external projection actions, to ensure the Inclusive Green Development of CATIE and that the processes contribute to the economics empowerment of women, youth and vulnerable populations and the generation of relationships of more equal power".
