Urban agriculture for an inclusive green economy model in Tanzania
According to the inclusive green economy (IGE) model, no one should be left out of the green economy revolution. To support an IGE approach, the Tanzanian government must develop policies to support urban agriculture ecosystems because, firstly, Tanzania is an agricultural country. Secondly, agriculture provides many benefits for households, such as boosting livelihoods and improving food security. Third, urban agriculture enhances urban biodiversity and produces ecosystem services needed for urban resilience to climate change and increases tree cover which absorbs greenhouse gases.
Market-Based Instruments for Managing Hazardous Chemicals: A Review of the Literature and Future Research Agenda
We take stock of the lessons learned from using market-based instruments in chemicals management and discuss the potential for increased use of risk-based taxation in the management of pesticides and other hazardous chemicals. Many chemical substances cause significant diffuse emissions when emitted over wide areas at individually low concentrations. These emissions are typically very difficult and costly to control. The targeted chemical may exist in many products as well as in a wide variety of end uses.

Location decisions and regulatory changes: the case of the Chilean aquaculture
We study the development of aquaculture activities in Chile and the impacts of regulatory changes on location decision for aquaculture production centers. Our study considers a descriptive analysis on the spatial and temporal development of aquaculture production centers. Next, using a panel data we estimate a site selection model to explore determinant factors of site choices for aquaculture production. Our results suggest a clear pattern for the spatial-temporal development of Chilean aquaculture.
