Wadehra, Shivani

Shivani Wadehra is an Associate Professor, School of liberal arts, Bennett University. Prior to this, she worked as an Assistant Professor in the Economics Dept. University of Petroleum & Energy Studies (UPES) and was a visiting Assistant Professor at the Economics and Planning Unit, Indian Statistical Institute (ISI), Delhi, and Associate Fellow in The Energy and Resources Institute. Her research interests include various aspects of waste management, segregation at source, incentives for increasing plastic collection by the informal sector, weeding out toxins in plastics recycling, harmful effects of living next to landfills. She completed her Ph.D from TERI School of Advanced Studies, Delhi in 2019.
