Onyinyechi Ifeanyi, Nnadi
Dr Nnadi is a Research fellow at the Resource and Environmental Policy Research Center (REPRC) - EfD Nigeria. She obtained a first class honors and was recognized as the best graduating student (in 2010) for stellar academic performance. She was granted an automatic Lecturing employment and is a Senior Lecturer in UNN (from 2021). She obtained a PhD in Natural Resource Assessment and Management (with award of Second best Postgraduate research Unit Level) from University of Dar es Salaam Tanzania and MSc (Agricultural Planning and Evaluation with perfect CGPA of 5.0/5.0) and First Class Honours (CGPA of 4.64/5.0) in B.Agric (Agricultural Extension). She was an Intern (Global African Food Security Project Analyst) with African Development Bank in 2016. She has records of securing scholarships and competitive research grants for impactful projects focused on agricultural and environmental development, climate change, food security, and gender development. She contributed extensively to international conferences, Editorship and publications in peer-reviewed Journals, and authorship of textbook chapters. Her areas of research interest include: Natural resources management; Agricultural projects evaluation; Climate change, food security, gender and rural livelihoods. She has engaged in planning, organizing, training and evaluating outreach programs for farmers in many communities around the University of Nigeria Nsukka. She has attended international and local conferences and workshops and has over 40 publications in books and peer-reviewed Journals. She obtained training in website management under the sponsorship of Agricultural Extension Society of Nigeria. She has worked extensively as editor for Journal of Agricultural Extension. She has worked as food security analyst, project evaluator and supervisor for various projects. She has supervised over twenty Undergraduate students and currently supervising two Master of Science students and one PGD student.
