ONAH , OGOCHUKWU GABRIELLA

Ogochukwu Onah is a research fellow at the Resource and Environmental Policy Research Centre (REPRC)-EFD Nigeria. She is a Senior lecturer at the Department of Agricultural Economics, University of Nigeria. She has a bachelor degree in Agricultural Economics (2008), Master's (2014) and a Ph.D. (2021) majoring in Agricultural Cooperatives, from the University of Nigeria. She has published many articles and presented at different conferences. Her research focuses on climate change, food security, agricultural development, food security, among others. 

Research interests

Dr. Ogochukwu Onah’s research interest includes Agriculture, rural development/poverty alleviation. Currently, her research focuses on, Agroecology as a Response to Sustainable Development, Natural capital management, food security

Mentoring

Dr. Ogochukwu Onah has Supervised 10 undergraduate students. She is currently supervising two M.Sc. and three undergraduate students.
