The second Society for Benefit-Cost Analysis: European Conference 2021 (SBCAEC2021) will be held digitally between October 19 and 20, 2021. The Society for Benefit-Cost Analysis (SBCA, benefitcostanalysis.org) is an international group of practitioners, academics, and others who are working to improve the theory and application of the tools of benefit-cost analysis (BCA).

The aim of the conference is to promote and improve the theory and application of the tools of benefit-cost analysis (BCA), and to provide a forum for scientific exchange. They welcome submissions that support the enhanced use of such analysis to promote evidence-based decision-making. They welcome submissions on multiple methods used to assist public sector decision-making, including benefit-cost analysis, cost analysis, cost-effectiveness analysis, risk-benefit analysis, and damage assessment. The conference welcomes submissions on topics closely related to BCA such as non-market valuation, discounting, equity, social policy, regulation, implementation of BCA, etc., and applications to any public policy area, such as environment, transport, health, energy, etc., are encouraged.

They welcome both submissions of individual papers, proposals for entire sessions, and for panels.

More information is available on the conference website: www.sbcaec2021.com.
