The African Economic Research Consortium (AERC), is pleased to invite you to the twenty-fifth Senior Policy Seminar (SPS XXV) that will be held on March 29-30, 2023 in Nairobi, Kenya. The conference will be on the theme: Human Capital Development in Africa. AERC senior policy seminars are forums designed specifically to bring together senior policymakers from Africa to exchange experiences and deliberate on topical issues pertaining to the sustainable development of their economies. The exchange involves an intense two-day dialogue among senior policymakers, intellectual leaders, private sector actors, and civil society based on policy-oriented research conducted by AERC network members. The ultimate goal is to promote policy based on rigour and evidence.
