Ukwuaba, Ikenna Charles

Dr. Ikenna Charles Ukwuaba is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Agricultural Economics at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He earned his PhD in Agricultural Marketing and Agribusiness and brings over a decade of experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership. His scholarly expertise centers on smallholder development and commercialization, agribusiness and rural transformation, climate change and sustainable agriculture, food security, and environmental sustainability.

Research Interest

Dr. Ikenna Charles Ukwuaba’s research interest includes smallholders development and commercialization, Climate change and sustainable agriculture, food security and environmental sustainability.

Mentoring 

Dr. Ikenna Cahrles Ukwuaba has supervised more than 15 undergraduate students. He is currently supervising 2 MSc students and 2 PhD students. Dr. Ukwuaba has mentored and continued to mentor many students both within and out outside the department and and the faculty.
