Oyarzo Aguilar, Mauricio
Mauricio Oyarzo is Associate Professor in the School of Business Administration at the University of Concepción, Campus Chillán (Chile). He obtained his Ph.D. in Applied Economics from the Catholic University of the North, Antofagasta, Chile. His research is focused on mining resources and local public finance, particularly, on mining patents, decentralization and local public management. He also has research interest in local entrepreneurship, commutation and regional labor market. He participates in the Sustainable Energy Transitions Initiative (SETI). He has participated as a Quantitative Analyst at Labor Observatory (Observatorio Laboral de Antofagasta) in the Ministry of Labor and Social Security (Chile).
