Mgbemene, Nkem is the Administrative Officer of Resource and Environmental Policy Research Centre (REPRC), University of Nigeria, Nsukka, EfD, Nigeria. She is a  Deputy Registrar in charge of  the Examinations  Unit at the University of  Nigeria.   She holds MFA (Nig), Certificate in General Management Course (ASCON) and Cerholds an MFA (Nig), a Certificate in General Management Course (ASCON), and a certificate in Human Resource Management (ASCON).
