Crampes, Claude

Claude Crampes received the Ph.D. degree from Toulouse University in 1975. He is currently professor emeritus at Toulouse School of Economics (TSE) and senior researcher at Institut D’Economie Industrielle (IDEI). He has been a member of the economic council of the French regulation body for energy and of the Comité National de la Recherche Scientifique. He currently acts as an advisor for EDF, the main electricity producer and supplier in France. His areas of research interest are the economics of networks, industrial organization and the economics of intellectual property.
