Adewara Sunday has a B.Sc.(Hons) in Economics (1995) and a Master degree in Economics (2006), both obtained from the University of Ilorin. His PhD thesis supervised by Dr Martine Visser focused on the implications of weak electoral competitions in Nigeria on the provision of pro-poor public goods such as Water, Sanitation, primary health and education.
