Tom holds MSc (Agricultural and Applied Economics) and BSc (Range Management) from the University of Nairobi. He has been a civil servant since 1997. currently he is serving in the position of acting Senior Assistant Director of Livestock Production, Staff Training and Development Branch in Nairobi.Tom was EfD-K young professional (YP) at KIPPRA in the 2009/10 period.
