Simon Wagura is currently a PhD candidate at University of Gothenburg, Environmental Economics Unit and a member of EfD-Kenya. He completed his MA (Economics) degree in August 2007. Simon has research interest in Applied Micro- Econometrics, Natural Resource and Environmental Economics, Agriculture and Development Economics. He also holds a Bachelor of Education (Economics and Mathematics) degree (First class honours). Before joining the PhD program he was teaching at the School of Economics, University of Nairobi.
