Jorge Rivera is an Associate Professor of Strategic Management and Public Policy at George Washington University. Currently, he is also a Visiting Research Fellow at CATIE in Costa Rica. His research focuses on the relationship between public policy and business strategies.  He has published many journal articles and his work received Best Paper Awards from the Academy of Management’s Organizations and Natural Environment Division in 2001 and the Policy Sciences Society in 2003. He is also the author of “Business and Public Policy” a forthcoming book by Cambridge University Press. In 2008, he was appointed as an Associate Editor of journals: Policy Sciences and Business & Society.
