Eric Aligula
Eric M. Aligula is a senior policy analyst and the head of the Infrastructure and Economic Services Division (IESD), Kenya Institute for Public Policy Research and Analysis (KIPPRA) and a research associate for Environment for Development initiative Kenya. His research has been focused in the areas of governance and policy, energy, transport, urban and regional planning, information and technology, and construction and housing for the government, KIPPRA, ITDG, UNICEF, among others.
His work is centred on policy making in support of efficient and effective infrastructure service delivery by applying objective research and policy analysis towards development problems. He has had a wide contribution in publications, seminar papers and conferences as well as teaching in the areas of Applied Building Economics, Engineering Management, Statistics, Computing, Building Finishes and Fixtures.
