Sosina is a research fellow at EfD Ethiopia and was an assistant professor in the School of Economics at Addis Ababa University. She pursued both her masters and PhD at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences in Norway. The title of her dissertation was "Rural Non-farm Employment in Ethiopia: Participation, Impacts, and Dynamics”.
