Hui He is currently a senior research assistant for the EfD center China: Environmental Economics Program in China (EEPC). She helps Professor Jintao Xu, research fellow and the center's coordinator with studies and research work.
Hui He has got her Bachelor's degree in Atmosphere Sciences in Peking University and Master's degree in Resource Economics in Chinese Academy of Sciences.
Her research interests include:Marginal productivity of industrial water in China;
Marginal abatement cost of sulfur dioxide emission of China’s thermal power plants;
Forest Sector Model for China.
