Climate Change and Agriculture in Ethiopia

EEPFE organized a half-day workshop on Climate Change and Agriculture in Ethiopia on July 9, 2012. Three papers were presented on this day by Dr. Salvatore Di Falco, Assistant Professor in Environment and Development at London School of Economics and Dr. Alemu Mekonnen, Assistant Professor of Economics at Addis Ababa University and Center Director and Senior Research Fellow at EEPFE.

The title of the papers are as follows:

1) How African Agriculture Can Adapt to Climate Change? A Counterfactual Analysis from Ethiopia;

2) Does Adaptation to Climate Change Provide Food Security? A Micro-Perspective From Ethiopia;

3) Impacts of weather and climate on agricultural income: a household level analysis
