EfD Newsletter 2010-04-29

Dear EfD-subscriber,
In the last month we have reported back to Sida on the achievements during the first three years of  the Environment for Development initiative (link to the full report is found below). In the report you will find how the centers are now well established at their institutional hosts, and descriptions of their activities with regards to research, policy interaction and academic programs. Worth noting are the strong policy linkages, with an in-depth example from each center, and the success in generating policy relevant research. In the first three years of the initiative not less than 180 research outputs have been produced. These consist of 58 peer reviewed journal articles, 104 discussion papers and 18 book chapters. Most of them of course available on the EfD website - only a click away ...
