Academic Program

EfD Kenya fellows contribute in teaching both undergraduate and post graduate programs in environmental economics at the School of Economics; the University of Nairobi and other affiliates such as the International Development Studies (IDS) and the School of Journalism. The fellows are also involved in the supervision of Masters and PhD thesis programs and provide financial support among others to graduate students undertaking a thesis in environmental and resource economics. Besides teaching and supervision, the EfD-K also incorporate students who are through with their course works to some of its on-going projects. This way, the students are able to identify with ease, their thesis research interests.
