Muñoz, Carlos

Carlos L. Muñoz Brenes is Domestic Associate of the Environment and Development Center for Central America. He is currently a PhD candidate in Natural Resource Management at the University of Idaho. His research focus on governance of conservation approaches, and policy impact evaluation using mix methods and spatial econometrics. He holds a masters in political science from Boston College and a masters in international environmental policy and development economics from the Fletcher School at Tufts University. Carlos has worked in conservation and community development for over 20 years.
