Dr. Nam is Deputy-Dean of the School of Economics, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH). He awarded the PhD in economics at University of Gothenburg, Sweden in 2011. His research interests widely spans from environmental valuation to experimental economics, and social preferences. Nam has published a number of studies in peer reviewed journals such as Oxford Economic Papers, Journal of Public Economics, Journal of Economic Psychology, Journal of Development Studies and Land Use Policy. In addition, Nam also works as the Deputy Director for Research of The Economy and Environment Program for Southeast Asia (EEPSEA).
