The Department of Economics, Environmental Economics Unit requires an experienced and self-motivated Project Administrator.
The Project Administrator’s main tasks include:
Managing agreements including principal grant agreements with donors and subcontracts with third parties
Reviewing agreement text, budgets and appendices
Follow-up of current contracts, including conditions and financial reporting.
Follow-up of project and work plans
Coordination of the annual audit for EfD and other programmes
Organisation of international meetings and conferences
Attesting invoices throught Agresso, the university’s electronic invoice system and Proceedo purchasing system
Managing tenders and purchasing according to Swedish law and university rules.
