Application Deadline: January 31st, 2018 (11:59 pm CET)
Frankfurt School of Finance and Management and the Thailand Development Research Institute (TDRI) are pleased to announce that the Adaptation Finance Fellowship Programme (AFFP) is now open for applications.
The AFFP, funded by the International Development Research Institute (IDRC), supports and promotes exceptional individuals from the scientific community, from policy and from the private sector in climate adaptation related fields. We encourage young professionals from developing and emerging countries to apply for this 18-month fellowship programme to build leadership in adaptation finance across sectors for enhanced sharing of knowledge and good practices. Fellows are offered on-site and online trainings, workshops, and events in Frankfurt (Germany) and Bangkok (Thailand). The programme will build and strengthen the capacities of fellows in applying knowledge for climate change adaptation and finance, but will also establish a network of like-minded peers across the sectors. The fellowship programme is divided into the three tracks (1) policy, (2) business and (3) research.
The application deadline is January 31st, 2018 (11:59 pm CET).
Applications will be assessed by an experienced team of international experts in climate adaptation finance. Candidates might be interviewed via Skype or phone by a member of the selection committee. The results of the AFFP selection process will be communicated via email in April 2018.
